Relief and Landscapes
Relief is the contrast between landforms on Earth ´s surface. These lansforms make the landscapes.
Relieve: se denomina relieve al conjunto de irregularidades que presenta la superficie terreste.
Los relieves van cambiando, aunque estos cambios van muy lentos, salvo cuando se producen terremotos o erupciones volcánicas.
Landscapes is all the elements you can see in a specific area of land.
Types of landscapes:
– Natural landscapes: these are lanscapes made by nature. Humans have not changed them.
– Man – made landscapes: rural and urban.
Landscape is changing every time.
These changes are:
- Natural changes are:
- Droughts, volcanos, hurricanes (fort)
- Winds, rains, snow (slow)
- Man – made changes: all things men introduce in the landscape like roads, crops fiels, swamps…
