Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

  • a banana

  • two strawberries

  • half orange

  • half an apple

  • a pear

  • a yogurt

  • a glass of milk

Preparation mode:


we wash and peel the fruits, we put them in the blender, we throw a yogurt and a glass of milk and we beat everything.
We put it in glasses and we drink it.
